For months we have all heard the admonitions: watch your distance, wash your hands, wear a mask. These are the best practices to avoid contracting COVID-19, but there is more to being healthy than simply not getting sick. Key to maintaining a positive mental state and lowering stress is to eat nourishing meals. Preparing healthy meals gives us something to do while we are staying at home and eating healthfully is one of the best ways to boost our bodies’ immunity.
